
Eating seafood twice a week helps:

- Decrease risk of heart arrhythmias
- Decrease bad and increases good cholesterol
- Improve circulation
I pledge to improve my health by eating seafood twice a week, in accordance with
USDA, American Heart Association,
American Medical Association and
American Diabetes Association
recommendations. In addition, I support Chicken of the Sea and
Feeding America (formerly named America’s Second Harvest) in its efforts to educate consumers
about the health benefits of seafood and improve the health and lives of hungry Americans.
