From the shores of Southeast Asia, our Blue Swimming Crabs (Portunus Pelagicus) are wild caught, then sorted for inspection prior to pasteurization. Once cooked, the crab meat is hand selected and graded, then hermetically sealed and pasteurized, exceeding HACCP guidelines.
