The game isn’t running. What can I do?

In order to play the ‘Pull It Off’ game you should be running the game on a PC/Mac or Mobile device that matches the following minimum specs for the combination of system requirements and browser requirements.

Please note that when playing the game on your mobile device the game will work only when accessing Facebook via your browser. It will not work within the Facebook app.

The game runs poorly. What can I do?

Please check your device or desktop computer meets the minimum specifications. If you are still having problems we recommend that you also free up some space on your device and close any programs that are running in the background.


I’m trying to play the game but it won’t download. What can I do?

The game is fairly large and will take a little while to download the first time. Please try refreshing your page or trying to download the game again to see if that helps.


I don’t know how to play the game.

You can select the ‘How To Play’ option on the Title Screen for a tutorial on how to play the game.


I’ve played the game before and am trying to play again, but the game won’t download. What should I do?

Please try clearing your cache.  You should be able to download/play after doing this. 


I’m sure I’m playing the game correctly but am not able to pick up a can successfully.

You can select the ‘How To Play” option from the Title Screen in order to view a tutorial for the game.  However, practice makes perfect and we invite you to come back each day of the promotion in order to get win a prize.


I’ve tried to play the game, but I can’t grab any of the cans/none of the cans are full. What can I do?

This is a game of skill and it can definitely be a little tricky! Please play again and hopefully you'll be a winner next time. Good luck!

No. There is no alternative entry for this instant win promotion.

I do not live in the USA, but I want to enter. Is there any way for me to participate?

Due to the nature of this contest and the prizes awarded, legal regulations do not permit entry by anyone who is not a resident of the US. You can still play the game but will not be eligible to win a prize.


The game tells me that I am ineligible to enter today because I have already entered today, but I have not entered today. What can I do?

Please ensure that you are not connecting to the game from behind a VPN or using a shared Facebook account. Please also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and attempting again. If you are still having trouble, email themermaid@chickenofthesea.com 


It is very hard to catch a can. Can the game be made easier?

The game does not feature a difficulty setting. You can select the “How To Play” option from the Title Screen in order to view a tutorial for the game. However, practice makes perfect and we invite you to return each day back each day of the promotion in order to get win a prize.


I’ve tried to play the game and the screen says “content isn't available right now.” What should I do?

Please be sure you’re logged in to Facebook.  Please also try changing your device or browser you’re trying to play on.  


I’m trying to play the game and I’m getting a “close your extra session” message. What does this mean?

You are only allowed to play the game on one device per day.  Please come back and try again tomorrow! 


I’m trying to play the game on my mobile device and it’s not working. What should I do?

I won — but never received an email.

Please check that the email you are checking is the same email used on your Facebook account.  Also, please check your spam/junk folder.  If you still need help, please email us at themermaid@chickenofthesea.com with your name and the email address associated with your account. We will verify on our end that you’re a winner and get back to you with an update on your prize. 


I won a prize but I’m having trouble registering. What can I do?

We would suggest trying to clear your cache/history and seeing if that makes a difference. You might also want to try playing in a different browser or on a different device. Also, please make sure that you don’t have more than one session open.  If so, please close your other session and try again.


I won a prize but I’m not able to claim it. What can I do?

After winning a prize, a verification email is sent to the email that you confirmed before entering the game. Please check your spam folder and add themermaid@chickenofthesea.com to your address book and/or whitelist. Click within the verification email to proceed to the claim form and complete the information.

If you have won a prize but are not able to claim it please send an email to themermaid@chickenofthesea.com with a full description of the issue that you are encountering.


I won a prize, but I did not receive a verification email. What can I do?

I have received my gift card code, but I do not know how to redeem it. What are the steps to redeem it?

All gift codes are redeemable via Amazon.com. You can go to the Amazon website for help on how to redeem your gift card.


My gift card code does not work. What can I do?

Please be sure to enter the code carefully when attempting to redeem your code. You can go to the Amazon website for help on how to redeem your gift card.


I received my gift card but it is not the value I expected. What can I do?

If the gift card is not for the value that you expected please email themermaid@chickenofthesea.com.


I received my gift card but I don’t shop at Amazon.  Can I get an alternative prize?

Prizes for this promotion are fulfilled by Amazon gift cards. There are no alternative prizes available.


I got a recipe, and I forgot to save it. Is there any way for me to access it again?

Please contact themermaid@chickenofthesea.com and inform our team of the recipe card that you won.  We will then send the recipe card to you.


I opted in to receive marketing communications from Chicken of The Sea but do not wish to be on the list. How can I unsubscribe?

You can subscribe at any time from our mailing list. An option is included at the bottom of our email correspondence.

The EZ Open (Easy Open) can is the newest way to help make Chicken of The Sea products easy and convenient to use when preparing meals for you and your family. Featuring a ring pull tab you simply pull back the tab and are immediately able to enjoy the product or add it to your favorite meal.
