Bean and Tuna Salad
16 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 ribs celery
3 Tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
1 5 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water
In a mixing bowl, combine beans and tuna, stirring lightly to break up tuna. Slice celery and shallot and add to bowl, stirring to combine. Drizzle on vinaigrette and season to taste with freshly ground black pepper. Serve over lettuce.
