Cheese & Mackerel Mold

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin
1 cube Chicken Bullion
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 beaten Egg Whites
1 (15 oz.) can Chicken of the Sea® Jack Mackerel in Water
12 Cherry Tomatoes
4 julienned Stalks of Celery
Lettuce for Garnish
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Dissolve gelatin and bullion in cup of water. Incorporate cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. In separate bowl, add Chicken of the Sea® Mackerel and beaten egg whites. Add to other ingredients. Pour into souffle; mold and refrigerate.
