- 4 (6 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Shrimp (any size shrimp)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers (optional)
- Sliced cucumbers (optional)
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl and serve cold.
- Serve this appetizer as is, on a cracker or on sliced cucumbers.
