- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
- ¼ cup canned black beans, rinsed
- 1 (2.5 ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Barbecue Pink Salmon
- ¼ cup yellow corn kernels
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 green onion, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Heat rice according to package directions. Let cool to room temperature.
- Place rice, beans, salmon, corn, tomatoes, green onions and avocado on plate. Serve immediately.
