- 1 (43 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Premium Light Tuna
- 6 Jalapenos, seeded and minced (if you're a fan of spice add more)
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 3 cups chopped sweet onion
- 3 cups finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 ½ cups chopped cilantro
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup hot sauce or to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Add to toasted bread for a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce as a salad topper or eat as is.
