3 Bean Lemon Pepper Salmon and Jasmine Rice Red Cabbage Bowl
- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
- 1 (2.5 ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Lemon Pepper Pink Salmon
- 1/3 cup frozen green beans, thawed
- ¼ cup canned kidney beans, rinsed
- ¼ cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red cabbage leaves
- Heat rice according to package directions. Let cool to room temperature.
- Toss together all ingredients and place on top of cabbage leaves.
