Brown & Wild Rice and Sweet & Spicy Salmon Lettuce Cups
- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice
- 1 (2.5 ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Sweet & Spicy Pink Salmon
- 1/3 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup bean sprouts
- 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2-4 butter lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chile paste
- Chives for garnish, optional
- Heat rice according to package directions. Use while still hot or let cool to room temperature.
- Place rice, salmon, cucumber, bean sprouts, and celery in lettuce leaves.
- Stir together soy sauce and chile paste. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping. Garnish with chives if desired,
