Sriracha Salmon, Edamame and Brown Rice Fusion Wrap
- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
- 1 (2.5 ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Sriracha Pink Salmon
- ¼ cup carrot, cut into strips
- ¼ cup cucumber, cut into strips
- ¼ cup edamame
- 2 small flour tortillas
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Wrap tortillas in paper towels and microwave on high for 15 seconds or until warm.
- Place rice, salmon, carrots, cucumber and edamame down the center of tortillas and roll up. Serve immediately.
