- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Basmati Rice
- 1½ cups fresh kale, torn
- ¼ cup cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup celery, sliced
- 1 (2.5 ounce) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Sriracha Pink Salmon
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 2 sprigs cilantro, optional
- Lemon wedge, optional
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Place kale in a bowl and top with rice, cucumber, celery, salmon, peanuts and cilantro. Serve immediately with lemon wedge.
