- 1 pouch Barbecue Salmon
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 cucumber, cubed
- 2 tablespoons red onion
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
- To taste black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- Prepare the ingredients and combine all, except for flavored salmon, in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Top each bowl with flavored salmon and serve with crispy cracker, if desired.
