Total Time 20 minutes Servings 1 servings Ingredients Share 1 (2.5 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Tuna1/4 cup frozen veggie medley (carrots, corn, peas) microwaved then cooled 2 Tablespoons fresh diced red pepper2 Tablespoons red onions, diced2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurtJuice of 1 lemon1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper1 sandwich thin or 2 pieces light bread, toasted Instructions In a large bowl, mix together tuna, veggie medley, red pepper, onions, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.Stir to mix well.
