Total Time 45 minutes Servings 4 servings Ingredients Share 1 (3.75 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup uncooked polenta1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup chopped herbs (parsley, dill or basil)salt, to tasteblack pepper, to tasteOptional chili flakes, for topping Instructions Cook polenta to package instructions.Heat pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear cherry tomatoes until blistered. Add sardines and oil from sardine can to pan. Heat sardines until warm. Place about 1/2 cup of polenta on plate, top with warm tomatoes and sardines.
