  • 1 (6 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® White Crab, drained
  • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil (1/2 Tablespoon if dried)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 Tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Crackers, vegetables or toasted baguettes

Instructions

  1. Whip cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Add parsley, basil, green onion, red onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crab. Serve at room temperature with crackers, bread, or vegetables for low-carb/gluten-free.
  4. May be prepared in advance.
