Ingredients
- 2 packets (2.5 oz. each) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon with Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups chopped green cabbage or Napa cabbage
- 1 cup chopped red cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
Instructions
- Make the dressing: In bowl combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add cabbages, shredded carrot, and corn in the bowl and stir to coat vegetables with the dressing.
- Gently fold in everything bagel salmon with juices from the packet.
- Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
