Ingredients
- 1 packet (3 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Maple Smokehouse Alaskan Pink Salmon
- 2 cups chopped green lettuce
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- In large bowl or on large plate, lay chopped green lettuce.
- Arrange radishes, corn, beans, and tomatoes on lettuce.
- Pour Maple Smokehouse Salmon over the salad, including all the juices. Break up any large chunks of salmon and stir into the salad.
- Serve immediately.
