Ingredients
- 1 packet (3 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Maple Smokehouse Alaskan Pink Salmon
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup chopped lettuce or spinach
- 1 small jalapeño or Serrano chili, sliced
- 1/4 cup cooked corn
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup black beans, red kidney beans or pinto beans
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Lay tortilla flat and lay lettuce over the tortilla.
- Top lettuce with sliced chili (to personal taste), corn, tomatoes, beans, and cheese.
- Pour maple smokehouse salmon packet over the vegetables and break up any large chunks of salmon.
- Wrap the tortilla and cut in half before serving.
