Ingredients
- 2 (2.5 oz) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packets with Chili Lime
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large bell pepper (or combination of different colors)
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 Salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 lime, cut into wedges for serving
- 4 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- Optional toppings for serving: 1 jalapeño or Serrano chili sliced, guacamole, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat skillet and add oil.
- Cook onion and bell peppers until crispy and brown.
- Add chili lime tuna and cilantro. Gently stir until combined.
- Divide tuna mixture between the flour tortillas.
- Serve with salsa/pico de gallo and other optional toppings.
