Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag Chicken of the Sea® Responsibly Raised Raw Frozen Shrimp, thawed
- 3 cups brown rice, cooked
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red Bell pepper, small dice
- 1 zucchini, sliced & halved
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3/4 cup fresh chopped herbs of choice (dill, basil, mint, oregano, etc.)
Instructions
- Heat pan to medium high heat. Add oil, garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant and translucent.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot. Cook until almost tender.
- Add shrimp, onion powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is cooked through.
- Add brown rice to bowl, top with cooked vegetables, shrimp, and fresh herbs.
