In bowl combine gently fold together the Chicken of the Sea® Frank’s RedHot® Wild Caught Light Tuna, cottage cheese, chopped green onion, and chopped parsley. Keeping the chunks of cottage cheese and tuna will give a nice texture to the dip. Transfer the dip into a baking dish. Bake the dip for about 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
