Franks RedHot® Tuna Sliders

These party Frank’s RedHot® Tuna sliders are loaded with healthy and vibrant cabbage slaw and smashed avocado. Each bite is full of the classic flavors of Frank’s RedHot® sauce, delicious tuna, crunchy slaw and creamy avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 count) slider sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 packets (2.5 oz ea.) Chicken of the Sea Frank’s RedHot® Tuna
  • 2 cups finely chopped green cabbage
  • 2 cups finely chopped red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 large avocado , mashed

Instructions

  1. In bowl combine the green and red cabbage, carrot, parsley, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half. Spread a layer of mashed avocado on the base of the slider bread.
  3. Top with Chicken of the Sea Frank’s RedHot® Tuna.
  4. Then top with cabbage slaw.
  5. Top with remaining slider bun tops and enjoy.
