  • 8 oz. Chicken of the Sea┬« Super Lump Crab
  • 8 oz. dried pasta, cooked to package instructions
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped dill
  • Zest of 1 medium lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta to package instructions. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
  2. While pasta cooks, add pesto and cherry tomatoes to a skillet and warm the sauce. Add crab and gently stir into sauce. Simmer until crab is warmed through.
  3. Fold the pesto and crab into the cooked pasta. Add basil, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and additional seasonings to taste.
