Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Spring Water
- 1 cup cooked whole grains (brown rice, farro, quinoa or couscous)
- 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 small snack-sized carrots, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella cubes
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 Tablespoons Italian dressing
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
Instructions
- In bowl, add grains then top with tuna in the middle of the grains.
- Arrange cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, and carrots around the tuna.
- Top with feta cheese then drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
