Ingredients
- 1 (2.5 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon with Lemon Pepper
- 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
- 1/3 cup frozen green beans, thawed
- 1/4 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red cabbage leaves
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions. Let cool to room temperature.
- Toss together all ingredients (salmon, green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, and red onion).
- Place rice on top of cabbage leaves. Top with the salmon mixture.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
