Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Lightly Seasoned by McCormick, Dill Tuna Salad
- 1/2 pound red potatoes (about 2-3 medium red potatoes)
- 1 large egg, boiled and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
- Lemon wedges, optional for serving
Instructions
- Cut potatoes to 1/2-inch cubes. Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and allow to cool in a bowl.
- When potatoes are cooled, gently mix in tuna, boiled egg, and fresh herbs.
- Taste for seasonings and add salt and pepper to taste if desired. Serve with optional lemon wedges.
