Ingredients
- 2 (2.5 oz) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packets with Chili Lime
- 15 oz. can beans, drained (pinto, black, red, etc.)
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 Tablespoons low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional - sliced or chopped jalapeño or Serrano chilis
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Vegetables or Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a 2-quart casserole dish lay the beans in a single layer.
- Continue adding the remaining layers: Greek yogurt, guacamole, pico or salsa, black olives, cheese, and Chili Lime tuna.
- Add additional layer of sliced chilies if desired.
- Serve the dip with tortilla chips or cut vegetables.
