Cheesy Sriracha Salmon Toasts These Cheesy Sriracha Salmon Toasts are the perfect answer to lunchtime boredom! Total Time 15 minutes Servings 2 servings Ingredients Share 1 (2.5 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless2 slices of your favorite bread1 Tablespoon butter, softened1 Tablespoon Sriracha sauce, plus more for drizzling over the finished toasts (I really like the Trader Joe’s brand!2 Tablespoons mayonnaise2 teaspoons pickle relish1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more for sprinkling over the finished toasts1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddarchopped fresh cilantro, for garnishLime wedges, for serving Instructions Turn oven broiler on high. Place slices of bread on a baking sheet pan. Spread butter over bread.In a bowl, stir together salmon, Sriracha, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and black pepper. Divide salmon mixture between the two pieces of bread. Top with cheddar.Place baking sheet pan under broiler, about 6-inches from the top of the oven. Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until hot and the cheese is melty. Add a bit more Sriracha and freshly ground black pepper over the top, if desired.
