Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz) Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Light Tuna Lightly Seasoned by McCormick, Dill Tuna Salad
- 2 rice cracker cakes (4 inches wide)
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 small Persian cucumber, sliced
- 2 small radishes, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- Slices of lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Spread mashed avocado over rice cracker cakes.
- Lay cucumbers and radishes over avocado.
- Spoon dill tuna salad over rice crackers.
- Top with fresh parsley and slice of lemon (optional).
