Easy Skillet Crab Cakes

Each bite of these easy crab cakes is filled with delicious crab meat and are perfect for every day, holidays and brunches. They’re always a hit at any dinner party or gathering.

  1. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Gently fold crab meat into mixture, avoid breaking lumps of crabmeat.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 portions. Shape into cakes about 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Add enough oil to cover bottom of a large skillet.
  5. Heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Gently place crab cakes on pan. Fry each side until golden brown (about 4 to 5 minutes per side).
  7. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
