Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Tuna Dip

Introducing a new twist on a classic favorite: mix in green onions for a little added freshness, then bake until bubbly. Serve with carrot and cucumber spears, crackers, or chips for a warm, protein-packed snack that makes you feel good.

For serving with the dip:

  • Chopped vegetables: carrots, celery, green beans, sweet peppers, cucumbers
  • Crackers
  • Fresh Fruit

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In bowl combine gently fold together the Chicken of the Sea® Frank’s RedHot® Wild Caught Light Tuna, cottage cheese, chopped green onion, and chopped parsley. Keeping the chunks of cottage cheese and tuna will give a nice texture to the dip.
  3. Transfer the dip into a baking dish. Bake the dip for about 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.
  4. Serve with vegetables, crackers or fresh fruit.
