Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- 11/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 medium red onion, sliced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
- chili flakes, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place pizza crust on un-greased baking sheet pan.
- Top crust with mozzarella cheese, salmon, red onion, tomato, and feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil over salmon.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden.
- Top with basil and chili flakes. Cut into 8 wedges and serve immediately.
