Ingredients
- 8 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Super Lump Crab
- 8 oz. dried pasta, cooked to package instructions
- 1 cup pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 Tablespoons chopped dill
- Zest of 1 medium lemon
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta to package instructions. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
- While pasta cooks, add pesto and cherry tomatoes to a skillet and warm the sauce. Add crab and gently stir into sauce. Simmer until crab is warmed through.
- Fold the pesto and crab into the cooked pasta. Add basil, parsley, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and additional seasonings to taste.
