Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Spring Water
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves or fresh torn basil leaves
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- On a plate arrange the slices of tomato and mozzarella alternating.
- Pour tuna over the tomato and mozzarella.
- Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the tuna, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Top with basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
