Total Time 20 minutes Servings 4 servings Ingredients Share 2 packets (2.5 oz ea.) Chicken of the Sea® OLD BAY Wild Caught Light Tuna 1 pound baby potatoes1-2 small corn on the cob, cut into 3” pieces1 zucchini or summer squash, cut into thick slices1 small onion, cut into thick slices 2 Tablespoons OLD BAY seasoning 1 lemon, cut into wedges 2 Tablespoons minced parsley3 Tablespoons garlic butter (optional sauce topping) Instructions If you’re using large potatoes cut them into bite sized pieces for quicker cooking. Add potatoes and OLD BAY seasoning to a pot and cover with water until potatoes are covered. Bring to a boil until potatoes are almost tender. Add corn, zucchini and onions. Cook for about another 2 minutes until vegetables are cooked.Drain excess liquid. Add OLD BAY tuna on top with minced parsley.If desired, drizzle with optional garlic butter.
