Ingredients
- 2 packets (2.5 oz ea.) Chicken of the Sea® OLD BAY Wild Caught Light Tuna
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1-2 small corn on the cob, cut into 3” pieces
- 1 zucchini or summer squash, cut into thick slices
- 1 small onion, cut into thick slices
- 2 Tablespoons OLD BAY seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
- 3 Tablespoons garlic butter (optional sauce topping)
Instructions
- If you’re using large potatoes cut them into bite sized pieces for quicker cooking.
- Add potatoes and OLD BAY seasoning to a pot and cover with water until potatoes are covered. Bring to a boil until potatoes are almost tender.
- Add corn, zucchini and onions. Cook for about another 2 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
- Drain excess liquid. Add OLD BAY tuna on top with minced parsley.
- If desired, drizzle with optional garlic butter.
