Sweet & Spicy Tuna Umami Noodle Stir Fry

Better (and healthier!) than takeout, these sweet and spicy tuna noodles pack a punch on flavor but are light on the budget.

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles to package instructions and drain. (Optional for extra flavor, keep the sauce packet to add later).
  2. Heat skillet on medium-high heat then add oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add carrot and peas. Cook until tender, about 1-3 minutes or to your liking.
  4. Add noodles and sauce packet if desired. Stir to coat the noodles.
  5. Fold in the tuna and cook until noodles and tuna are warm.
  6. Plate the noodles and top with green onions.
