Ingredients
- 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Lightly Seasoned by Thai Kitchen, Sweet & Spicy
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (3 oz.) package instant ramen noodles or rice noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced sugar snap peas or snow peas
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles to package instructions and drain. (Optional for extra flavor, keep the sauce packet to add later).
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat then add oil and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add carrot and peas. Cook until tender, about 1-3 minutes or to your liking.
- Add noodles and sauce packet if desired. Stir to coat the noodles.
- Fold in the tuna and cook until noodles and tuna are warm.
- Plate the noodles and top with green onions.
