Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 4 drops hot sauce, or to taste
- Crackers or fresh cut vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- In medium bowl, flake tuna. Add avocado, lemon juice, garlic, onion and hot sauce.
- Serve with crackers or serve in a sandwich.
- For low-carb/gluten-free, serve with fresh cut vegetables.
