Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, and eggs and stir lightly.
- Add the onion, celery, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties, covered, until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
- Finish baking in the oven until golden brown.
- Top with your favorite cheese, condiments and toasted bun.
