Tuna Egg Salad

Is this an egg salad with tuna or a tuna salad with hard-boiled eggs? We’re not sure, but either way, it’s every bit as delicious and filling as it sounds.

  • 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Tuna in Water, drained
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 Tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, relish, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the tuna and eggs until evenly combined.
  3. Taste for seasoning and add extra salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich or pita, or with crackers and vegetables.
