Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Tuna in Water, drained
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 Tablespoon minced red onion
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, relish, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Gently fold in the tuna and eggs until evenly combined.
- Taste for seasoning and add extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Serve on lettuce, in a sandwich or pita, or with crackers and vegetables.
