Ingredients
- 24 ounces of Chicken of the Sea® Shrimp (any size shrimp)
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped or quartered
- 1/2 small sweet onion, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon sliced green onion
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and green onion.
- Add the shrimp and lime juice. Gentle fold mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
