Overview of the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations Team. This role is essential to inventory planning, stock management, and data analysis, requiring strong problem-solving skills, high degree accuracy, effective collaboration, and communication with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a 99% inventory accuracy or higher at each 3PL warehouse, provide support and analysis conducting the annual physical inventories. Review and analyze daily inventory transactions from all 3PLs, as well as provide support for various departments with any Inventory inquiries.
  • Maintain a 99% FEFO score for each assigned 3PL warehouse.  
  • Maintain data accuracy across COSI internal systems including but not limited to sending / receiving EDI updates, inventory adjustments, tracking damages, and assisting with inventory reconciliation.
  • Monitor and maintain FDA/QA hold statuses and execute QA trace projects as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of experience in inventory management, inventory analysis, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, xlookup, vlookup, concatenate functions, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities. Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with logistics partners, colleagues, and management.
  • Utilize company-wide communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Schedule availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
  • Must have a strong mindset for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple ERP Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • 4-6 years of experience in inventory management, inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain, product distribution, and billing systems.
  • Previous experience in Consumer Products and Foodservice industries servicing sales and operations.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and exercise good business judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multitask, and use time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, communicate (typically by talking, listening, writing, and typing), move around the office to various locations for meetings and in-person gatherings, and reach or carry materials with arms and hands. 

Moreover, the employee is required to operate telephones, computers and other standard office equipment. Employee may, on occasion, be required to lift up to 35 lbs.
