Fresh asparagus and pesto both practically scream spring, so it only made sense to kick things off with this recipe. Traditionally, a Caesar salad gets its trademark savory richness from anchovies, not sardines. Fresh parsley, garlic, lemon, and capers mingle with savory sardines in this super-simple, bright green, intensely springy salsa verde.
