The Chicken of the Sea Go Bananas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 11, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited. To claim the prize, the selected winner must provide a valid email address and reside within the eligibility region. Failure to respond within 24 hours of notification will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
One (1) Grand Prize: Four (4) premium behind-home-plate tickets to the Savannah Bananas game at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 7:00 PM.

One (1) winner will be selected at random using a verified random comment generator from all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Ten (10) backup winners will also be selected and ranked. The selection process will be recorded for audit purposes.
The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) from the official Chicken of the Sea Instagram handle (@ChickenoftheSeaOfficial). The winner must respond within 24 hours with their full name, email address, and mailing address for prize coordination. If the selected winner fails to respond, the next backup winner will be contacted, and so on. To claim the prize, winner will be asked to fill out the Prize Documents.
Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not request personal information beyond what is necessary for prize fulfillment (name, email, and mailing address). Winner will only be contacted by the official @ChickenoftheSeaOfficial Instagram account. This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with or managed by Instagram.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the quarter within the Sweepstakes Period prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.

Except where prohibited, Grand Prize winner by acceptance of the prize, grants to the Sponsor, the right to publicize his/her name (first name and last initial), address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, trade, and other purposes, throughout the world, in perpetuity, in any manner, without limitation and without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Grand Prize winner agrees to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Sponsor.
