Jalapeno Tuna Salad
Cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeños give your lunch some south-of-the-border flair.

Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced (if you're a fan of spice add more)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Add to toasted bread for a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce as a salad topper or eat as is.
