Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain all seafood ingredients. Chop the oysters to bite sized pieces.
  3. Alternate layers of oysters, crabmeat, and clams in pie shell.
  4. In bowl, whip eggs and half & half until well blended; evenly pour over seafood.
  5. Sprinkle black pepper, parsley and cheese over filling.
  6. Bake approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until center is firm and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
