- 1 (5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
- 2 avocados, pit removed, sliced in half
- 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional for spice
- salt, to taste
- In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, mango, fresh cilantro, lime juice, red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, cayenne and dash of salt.
- Fold the tuna into the mixture.
- Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the Tropical Tuna Salad evenly into each half of the avocado. Enjoy!
