15-minute Mediterranean Tuna Grain Bowl

This quick and easy grain bowl is loaded with chunks of healthy tuna and vegetables.

  • 1 packet (2.5 oz.) Chicken of the Sea┬« Wild Caught Light Tuna in Spring Water
  • 1 cup cooked whole grains (brown rice, farro, quinoa or couscous)
  • 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 small snack-sized carrots, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In bowl, add grains then top with tuna in the middle of the grains.
  2. Arrange cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, and carrots around the tuna.
  3. Top with feta cheese then drizzle with Italian dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
