  1. Drain crab and clams, set aside.
  2. Dice white fish into bite size pieces.
  3. Marinate fish in lime juice in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stir often.
  4. Pour off the lime juice leaving just enough to keep fish moist.
  5. Add remaining ingredients (crab, clams, tomato, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, jalapeño, and vinegar).
  6. For fuller flavor, refrigerate ceviche for a couple of hours before serving.
  7. Season with salt to taste. Add hot sauce and avocado for flavor.
