Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, bread crumbs, and eggs and stir lightly.
  3. Add the onion, celery, lemon juice, horseradish, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
  4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties, covered, until golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
  7. Finish baking in the oven until golden brown.
  8. Top with your favorite cheese, condiments and toasted bun.
